Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services

provided by OJ Auto Mobile Care (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree

with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the provision of mobile vehicle repair and maintenance services

(“Services”) by OJ Auto Mobile Care to the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking or

receiving our Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide mobile vehicle repairs and maintenance at a location agreed at the time of

booking.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any work at

our discretion.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or email

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a charge (labour agreed)

• If work cannot be completed due to incorrect information, lack of access, unsafe conditions,

or additional faults not previously disclosed, the agreed labour charge may still apply

• If, upon inspection, further faults are identified which prevent the agreed service, repair, or

replacement from being completed, the agreed labour will still be charged

• Where parts have been ordered and are non-returnable, these will still be chargeable and

supplied to the customer

• If the vehicle is not present at the agreed time and location, charges may still apply4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are confirmed prior to any work being carried out

• Any additional work or repairs identified will be discussed and must be agreed before

proceeding

• Payment must be made in full upon completion of the job for the agreed work carried out

• Any additional agreed work will be added to the final amount payable

• We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle or cease work until payment is

received

5. Warranty and Liability

• We provide a 90-day labour warranty unless stated otherwise

• Parts supplied by us may include a manufacturer’s warranty

• We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage

• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g. traffic, weather, parts

availability)

• We do not guarantee that a repair will resolve an issue if a prior diagnosis has not been

carried out by us

6. Diagnostics

• Diagnostic services involve identifying faults using professional tools and judgement

• A diagnostic fee applies regardless of outcome

• Further investigation may require additional labour and will be quoted separately

• Results are based on available information and may not identify all underlying issues

• We accept no liability for faults outside the scope of the diagnostic process

7. Customer-Supplied Parts

• Parts supplied by customers are fitted at the customer’s own risk

• No warranty is provided on customer-supplied parts

• We reserve the right to refuse unsuitable or substandard parts

• We accept no liability for faults or damage caused by such parts

• Labour charges apply regardless of outcome

8. Parts Orders and Deposits

• Any work requiring parts will require payment for those parts upfront at the time of booking

confirmation

• Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered• If a booking is cancelled after parts have been purchased, the parts will be supplied to the

customer at our convenience in exchange for the deposit, as some parts are non-returnable

• Ordered parts remain the customer’s property once paid for

9. Delays and Rescheduling

While we aim to arrive at the agreed time, delays may occur due to factors outside our

control.

We will communicate any delays as early as possible and reschedule where necessary at no

additional cost.

10. Warranty Limitations

• Warranty is void if repairs are interfered with by a third party

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unrelated faults

11. Cleanliness and Risk of Damage

We take reasonable care to protect your vehicle and surroundings. However:

• Minor cosmetic marks may occur during necessary repairs

• Some components may fail during removal due to age, corrosion, or wear

• Where this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible

• Please notify us in advance of any sensitive modifications or finishes

12. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle

• Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible

• Provide accurate and complete information about faults and vehicle history

• Authorise agreed work before it begins

13. Service Limitations

We may be unable to complete certain repairs due to location, safety concerns, or complexity.

Where appropriate, we may recommend or refer you to a workshop facility.14. Data and Record Keeping

We may retain records of vehicle history, diagnostics, and work completed for service and

reference purposes.

All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.

15. Compliance

OJ Auto Mobile Care operates in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory

requirements.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to

the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
